NoVAPA's Teen Conservatory invites serious performers to audition for three full productions this season. In-person auditions are June 13 & 14, with virtual submissions accepted through June 14.

Audition Requirements

Prepare the following for both in-person and virtual auditions.

Students are welcome to audition for one, two, or all three shows — and we strongly encourage every conservatory student to be a part of the full season. The Conservatory is designed for dedicated performers who want to grow, challenge themselves, and build lasting friendships on stage.

Rehearsal Schedule

What to Expect

Conservatory students commit to the following weekly schedule:

Weekly Rehearsal Times

  • Saturday mornings — All conservatory students
  • Two nights per week — Evening rehearsals, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Evening night selections based on student availability
  • Final schedule set collaboratively after auditions

Conservatory Commitment

  • This is an advanced, intensive training program
  • Students are encouraged to participate in all three productions
  • Build skills in acting, musical theatre, and ensemble performance
  • Work closely with professional directors and teaching artists
