That’s perfectly fine. Once you register, we’ll send a pre-weekend questionnaire about your school list, vocal range, and acting strengths. We’ll guide your material selection in the weeks leading up to the weekend so you walk into Friday with workable pieces. Friday’s master class refines them; Saturday films them.
No. This weekend is open to any rising senior auditioning for BFA, BA, or conservatory programs — whether you train at NoVAPA, another studio, or independently. We welcome you.
Absolutely. The pre-screen videos you film Saturday can be uploaded to every school on your list. We use Sunday’s submission session to walk you through the process so you have the exact roadmap. Most students go home and submit the rest of their schools within the following week.
The dance pre-screen video is included for students applying to Musical Theatre or Dance programs that require one. If you’re strictly an actor and won’t need a dance video, we’ll use that time for extra acting coaching, an additional monologue film, or essay work — whatever serves you most.
Because we cap registration at 12 and book outside coaches, videographers, and a photographer specifically for your weekend, your deposit is non-refundable once paid. Full payment is due 30 days before the weekend. If you cancel within 30 days, tuition is non-refundable but can be transferred to another student with our approval. Friday night is designed for both student and parent — the parent workshop, Q&A, and wardrobe selection are best with everyone together. Saturday and Sunday are student-only so we can move quickly through filming, headshots, and essay work without distraction. We’ll update parents via group text throughout the weekend and welcome them back for the final hour Sunday to celebrate the first submission.
